Graduated from the University of Milan with a thesis in corporate criminal law (“Preferential Bankruptcy and the Participation of the Extraneus”), he later completed a Second Level Master’s Degree in Corporate Criminal Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with a thesis in tax criminal law (“Unlawful Set-Off under Article 10-quater of Legislative Decree No. 74/2000: The Difficult Classification of So-Called ‘Research and Development Credits’ Amid Conflicting Case Law and Legislative Changes”).

Specialized in economic criminal law, with a particular focus on tax offences, financial market crimes, bankruptcy-related offences, banking and corporate criminal law, workplace accidents, environmental criminal law, corporate administrative liability, and compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. In this area, solid experience in the design and implementation of Organizational Models.

Author of publications and contributions in the field of economic criminal law.
