Lorenzo Cuocolo is Full Professor of Comparative Law at the University of Genoa and of Public Law at the Università Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi” in Milan, where coordinates the Bocconi Research Unit on Law and Economics Studies (RULES).

He is criminal lawyer at the Court of Genoa and he is admitted to the Court of Cassation and sundry Higher Courts.

Over the years he has conducted training courses and others academic and research activities on the core topics of corporate criminal law, public law and administrative law.

He has carried out consultancy activity for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, for governmental entities and for other national, regional and local public authorities. Expert for the Council of Europe in the field of environmental protection.

He is member of the Authority for the local public services (Autorità per i servizi pubblici locali) in Genoa.

He is a columnist for important national newspapers.

He works in Italian, French and English.

He is consultant of the Law Firm, and operates mainly from the Genoa headquarters.
