Luca Lupária is consultant of the Law Firm. He is Full Professor of Criminal Procedure at the Università degli Studi Roma Tre. He is a criminal lawyer at the Court of Milan and he is admitted to the Court of Cassation and other Higher Courts.

Visiting professor at primary European and American universities, he is author of many monographs and over hundreds scientific publications, published internationally, on the core issues of criminal justice.

For several years now he has been working on criminal law applied to economics, with special reference to corporate, bank, tax and bankruptcy crimes, environmental crimes and cyber crimes. Other areas of practice are corporate criminal liability pursuant to the provisions in the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, and counselling on corporate management and organization models.

He is member of Supervisory Bodies of leading Italian companies and advisor of multinational enterprises.

He is the owner of the Lupária Law Firm in Milan. He works in Italian, French and English.
